Requirements:

You need to have an admin account in order to connect to Freshservice integration.
For getting activity logs you also need to be on Enterprise plan.

How to connect?

  1. Login to your Support Portal

    You can access Support Portal from your account

  2. Click on your profile picture on the top right corner of your portal

  3. Go to Profile settings Page

  4. Your API key will be available below the change password section to your right

    You may see captcha there

    After captcha you will see the api token

  5. Enter you Instance & API Key & click Connect

    For example if your domain is ​reco.freshservice.com you need to paste only reco as Instance

At some rare cases, when API Key was firstly created, but then disabled you might need to enable it back. For doing that you should logic as user

1. Go to Admin panel

2. Go to Agents

3. Select agent( click on his name )

4. Under Permissions tab enable API Key
