Requirements:

You need to have an account with Read Data feature access in order to connect to Dayforce integration.



How to add User Accounts

Typically, if you need to add a user account for a user who also needs an employee account, you would add them using the New Hire form in People.

However, if you need to add a user who doesn't have an employee account (for example, an administrator account), you can do so in System Admin > User by clicking New and then specifying the necessary settings.


How to assign Feature Access

In order to assign a feature to a role, go to System Admin/Roles and select the relevant role. On the Features tab, expand and check HCM Anywhere and Web Services features:

Under Web Services, check the Read Data


How to connect?

  1. Fill to Reco integration form and hit Connect

    1. Company ID: Client namespace, used to connect to Dayforce UI or APIs

    2. Username: Name of the Dayforce user dedicated to Web service calls

    3. Password: Password of the specified user
