Prerequisites

  1. The user performing the integration must be a OpenAI Administrator/Owner

  2. ChatGPT Enterprise plan enabled

  3. A Reco user with Admin Role

Integrate OpenAI Administration with Reco

  1. Log into ChatGPT and go to admin settings

  2. Copy Organization ID and Workspace ID, set them aside

  3. Go to OpenAI API Platform Portal - API keys

  4. Create a new API key:

    • Settings: Default Project | All Permissions

    • Note that this must be a new key. Once the Compliance API scopes are granted, all other scopes are revoked.

    • Reminder: This key can only be viewed/copied once. Store it securely.

  5. Send an email to [email protected] with the following content:

    1. Last 4 digits of the generated API key

    2. NAME of the generated API key

    3. CREATED BY value of the generated API key

    4. Requested scope (read)

  6. Wait until OpenAPI's team will verify the key and grant the requested Compliance API scopes

  7. Fill in the Organization ID, Workspace ID and API Token that were copied previously

  8. Click "Connect"

  9. If the integration was successful, the OpenAI Compliance Integration status will become "Active"
