Reco

You must be an Atlassian <a href="https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/what-are-the-different-types-of-admin-roles/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">organization admin</a>. You can check who is the organization admin in your organization by browsing  <a href="https://admin.atlassian.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://admin.atlassian.com/</a>, and then going to "Directory" -&gt; "Users". You can then filter by "Org admin". Contact any of your Atlassian administrators to verify if you don't have access to the admin console.

1. 2. A Reco user with an <b>Admin </b>Role

Follow <a href="https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/manage-an-organization-with-the-admin-apis/#:~:text=support%20team.-,Create%20an%20API%20key,-To%20create%20an" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">the instructions on Atlassian's website</a> under "Create an API Key".

Copy the API <code>Key</code> and <code>OrgID</code>.

Paste both values inside the Reco integration page.<br>​

Follow <a href="https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/manage-an-organization-with-the-admin-apis/#:~:text=support%20team.-,Create%20an%20API%20key,-To%20create%20an" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">the instructions on Atlassian's website</a> under "Create an API Key".
2. Copy the API <code>Key</code> and <code>OrgID</code>.
3. Paste both values inside the Reco integration page.<br>​
