Requirements:

You need to have an admin account in order to connect to Adobe Sign integration.
You can check the Admin Role in Account -> Users. Make sure that user that connects the integration has Admin Role of Account.

How to connect?

  1. Go to the integrations screen

  2. Click on add integration button

  3. Search for Adobe Sign

  4. Click on add integration button

  5. Click on Connect

  6. In the connection window login if needed and then Allow Access

  7. Sometimes Adobe Sign will redirect to their own dashboard instead of Reco's dashboard. Please navigate to Reco dashboard and follow the previous steps again.

  8. You are connected!
