The user performing the integration must be a Glean workspace admin

A Reco user with Admin Role

Login to Glean as workspace admin

Click on your profile image located in the top right corner.

From the dropdown, select Workspace Settings . This will open up the Workspace settings page.

On the left sidebar, navigate to Setup and select API Tokens .

In the API Tokens page, select the Client Tokens tab. Here you can see a list of all token metadata (note that the token itself won't be visible).

To create a new token, click Add New Token. A dialog window similar to the one below should pop up.

In the dialogue window, fill in appropriate values for Description and Expires fields.

Select INSIGHTS and PEOPLE as Scope value

Select User (self) - [email protected] as Permissions value

Click Save to save the token

Copy the token and set it aside

Fill in the API Token field with the value copied in the previous step

Fill in the Domain name field with your domain name. Example:
If your domain name is https://COMPANYNAME-be.glean.com , you should fill the field with COMPANYNAME .

At this point, filled form should look something like this:

Click on "Connect" to finish connection process
