Reco

Reco requires REST API key that can only be created by Admins and Account Owners of PagerDuty account.

In the web app, navigate to Integrations API Access Keys under Developer Tools.

Enter a Description to help you identify the key later.

Check Read-only API Key so the key will be allowed to only make <code>GET</code> calls.

Copy the API Key then click Close.

2. Click Create New API Key.
3. Enter a Description to help you identify the key later.
4. Check Read-only API Key so the key will be allowed to only make <code>GET</code> calls.
 
 
5. Click Create Key.
 
 
6. Copy the API Key then click Close.

In the PagerDuty integration pop-up screen in Reco fill in the API Key you have created above.
