Prerequisites

  1. You must be an Atlassian organization admin. You can check who is the organization admin in your organization by browsing https://admin.atlassian.com/, and then going to "Directory" -> "Users". You can then filter by "Org admin". Contact any of your Atlassian administrators to verify if you don't have access to the admin console.

  2. A Reco user with an Admin Role

Integrate with Reco

Reco supports both OAuth and API Tokens connection. We recommend using API Token connection for full support.

Using OAuth

Connect application from the integration screen and allow application connection on Atlassian screen.

Using API Tokens

  1. Login to the Atlassian platform, or click here

  2. Under "Security" -> "API Tokens" click on Create and manage API tokens

  3. Click on "Create API token"

  4. Name the token and click on "Create"

  5. Copy the given API token, and keep it aside

  6. Login to Reco

  7. Click on "Configurations" then click on "Integrations"

  8. Fill in the following fields:

    1. API Token - The previously generated API Token

    2. Email - The user's email address

    3. Server URL - The server URL, typically: https://<company_name>.atlassian.net
