Reco integration with DocuSign. This integration allows Reco to detect malicious activities and misconfigurations within DocuSign Envelopes and Users activities, and provides the ability to remediate these findings directly within the DocuSign platform.

Prerequisites

  1. The user performing the integration must have one of these admin privileges:

    1. Admin - principal account administrator of DocuSign

  2. A Reco user with Admin Role

Integrate DocuSign with Reco

  1. Go to https://admin.docusign.com/apps-and-keys and copy your User ID:

  2. Login to the Reco Platform

  3. Click on "Configurations" then click on "Integrations"

  4. Locate the "DocuSign" object and click on Add Integration

  5. Select the "DOCUSIGN" integration.

  6. Paste your user User ID copied in step 1 to the "DocuSign User ID" tab.

  7. Press Allow in the Consent Prompt.

  8. You will then be redirected to DocuSign Log In page, fill up your Admin email + password and click on "Log in"

  9. If the integration was successful, the DocuSign Integration status will become "Active"
