Prerequisites
Slack Enterprise Grid. If your organization is not using it, you can integrate Slack Community.
The user performing the integration must have the Org Owner role assigned (Workspace Owner is not enough)
A Reco user with Admin Role
Integrate Slack Enterprise with Reco
Login to the Reco Platform
Click on "Configurations" then click on "Integrations"
Locate the "Slack Enterprise" object and click.
In "Integration Steps" create a new instance for your organization's Slack Enterprise Grid.
Click Connect.
You will then be re-directed to sign into your Slack workspace, if you're not logged in already, you will have to fill in your workspace URL and to click "Continue"
7. If you are logged in, you will be redirected to a Slack consent page, Click on "Allow"
8. In your Enterprise Grid management portal, go to Integrations and then Installed Apps
9. Select Reco Main application.
10. If you want to allow Reco to be installed in all workspaces, please click on the three dots and select Approve for Organization.
11. Now, click again on the three dots and select Add to more workspaces.
12. Select all workspaces you want to install Reco. Reco will not monitor workspaces that are not part of the list.
13. If the integration was successful, the Slack Enterprise Integration status will become "Active"
