Prerequisites
The user performing the integration must have the Slack Workspace Admin role assigned
A Reco user with Admin Role
Integrate Slack Apps with Reco
Login to the Reco Platform
Click on "Configurations" then click on "Integrations"
Locate the "Slack Apps" object and click on "Add Integration":
You will then be redirected to Slack -> CIick on "Allow":
If the integration was successful, the Slack Apps Integration status will become "Active"
Important Note for Organizations with Multiple Workspaces
If your organization utilizes multiple Slack workspaces, it is necessary to connect to the root workspace during the integration process. By connecting to the root workspace, Reco will be able to access and ingest audit logs from all associated workspaces within your organization. This ensures comprehensive monitoring and data analysis capabilities across your Slack environment.
