Prerequisites

  1. The user performing the integration must be a SAP Hana Administrator

  2. A Reco user with Admin Role

Configure SAP Hana Communication System

  1. Create a Communication User in Sap Hana environment. Save password and user name for later use.

  2. Create a new communication system

    1. Fill in general data

    2. For technical data check inbound only

    3. For Users for Inbound Communication choose the user created in previous steps

  3. Go to communication arrangements and create the following arrangements as shown in the screenshot (scenario ids: SAP_COM_0093, SAP_COM_0193, SAP_COM_0750, SAP_COM_0A04, SAP_COM_0A05, SAP_COM_0A06, SAP_COM_0A07, SAP_COM_0A08, SAP_COM_0A13)
    For communication system choose the system created in previous step.

Integrate SAP Hana with Reco

  1. Login to the Reco Platform

  2. Go to Integrations

  3. Find SAP Hana in Add integrations

  4. For username and password fill in the saved data in step 1

  5. Fill in server url which is the sap hana's instance url but with "-api" in the subdomain: https://tenant-api.s4hana.cloud.sap
