Prerequisites

In order to connect Adobe Commerce integration is required an admin account with 2FA configured.

Update Access Token Expiration

  1. To change this value, log in to Admin and go to Stores > Settings > Configuration > Services > OAuth > Access Token Expiration > Admin Token Lifetime (hours).

  2. Uncheck Use system value checkbox for Admin Token Lifetime.

  3. Set the Admin Token Lifetime field empty. The admin token never expires if the field is empty.

Integrate Adobe Commerce with Reco

In the Adobe Commerce integration pop-up screen in Reco fill in:
1. Base URL where the Adobe Commerce instance is hosted.
2. Username and Password of Admin user.

3. Select the 2FA provider configured.

4. Write the OTP (one time password) which is the six-digit authorization code that 2FA authenticator generates.
