Integration steps

  1. Log in to your WatchGuard Cloud account as administrator.

  2. In the top right corner, click on the profile icon and proceed to My Account.

  3. Copy your Account ID and set it aside.

  4. Select Administration > Managed Access

  5. Click "Enable API Access". Then, specify read-only and read-write passwords as prompted, agree to ToS and save your changes. Copy and set read-only password aside.

  6. Copy "Access ID (Read-only)" and "API Key" values and set them aside.

  7. If you have AuthPoint enabled, copy your AuthPoint Resource ID and set it aside.

  8. Fill the "Account ID" field with the value copied in step 3.

  9. Fill the "Access ID (Read-only)", "Password (Read-only)" and "API Key" fields with values copied in step 5 and step 6

  10. If you have AuthPoint enabled, fill the "AuthPoint Resource ID" field wit the value copied in step 7.

  11. Click on "Connect" to finish connection process
