Requirements:

You need to have an admin account in order to connect to FreshDesk integration.
For getting activity logs you also need to be on Enterprise plan.

How to connect?

  1. Login to your FreshDesk Portal

  2. Go to profile settings

  3. On the right pane, click on the View API key option and complete the captcha verification.

  4. On reco.ai enter you domain & API Key and click Connect.
