Prerequisites
Reco requires Base URL, Tenant ID, Realm ID and API Token. created by Beyond Identity account admin.
Find Base URL
You will need to use the correct base URL depending on where your Beyond Identity account is located.
Accounts on the US server should have the Base URL of
https://api-us.beyondidentity.comAccounts on the EU server must use
https://api-eu.beyondidentity.com
Find Tenant ID and Realm ID
In the Admin Console, select the Realm you want to connect then click Edit realm.
Copy the Tenant ID value.
Copy the Realm ID value.
Create API Token
In the Admin Console, switch to the Beyond Identity Admin realm by selecting Go to realm > Beyond Identity Admin.
Select Apps > Beyond Identity Management API.
Select the API Tokens tab and click Create a token.
Enter a name for the token and click Create token.
In the confirmation message, copy the API token and click Close this message. You must copy and store securely the API token because after you close the confirmation message, the full token will not be displayed again.
Integration with Reco
In the Beyond Identity integration pop-up screen in Reco fill in the Base URL, Tenant ID, Realm ID and API Token you have created above.
